jjddoo Posted October 7, 2011 Posted October 7, 2011 I've got this problem everytime an aircraft crashes or explodes mid-air. Instead of a nice fireball of an explosion, I get a yellow square (as shown below). Which graphics setting should take care of that? I've got effects set to Medium (but it did the same on High). Object Detail is Medium, along with Object Texture. Shadow and Water is on Low. I have no clue what other things could be causing this... Here is from the Options.ini [GraphicsOptions] DisplayDeviceID=0 DisplayWidth=1024 DisplayHeight=768 DisplayDepth=32 AspectRatio=1.333333 LensFlare=0 DetailLevel=4 ObjectDetail=1 ObjectTexture=1 CockpitTexture=3 CockpitMirrors=1 CockpitReflection=1 EffectsDetail=1 TerrainDetail=1 TerrainTexture=1 HorizonDistance=1 GroundObjectDensity=1 WaterDetail=0 CloudsDetail=0 Shadow=0 AntiAliasing=0 Quote
Fubar512 Posted October 7, 2011 Posted October 7, 2011 That appears to have nothing to do with graphics settings, and is more than likely caused by a corrupted or improperly formatted tga file. Quote
