Strange Problem

I have a problem once in awhile when I exit SF2. There will be a Windows Help and Support window pop up on my desktop. This popup will always take precedence over any other window I open. In addition, if I try to click on anything, another window will pop up. All I can do is restart my computer through CTRL+ALT+DEL.

 

I'm using Windows 7 64 bit. Is anyone else having this problem, or aware of it at least?

This only happens with SF2??? It sounds like malware/virus to me. I've had some popups that would not die and invariably they were some sort of bad software. What anti-virus are you running?

I'm running a fully up to date version of Avast! Antivirus. I've also scanned with Combofix, and both reported everything was fine. A virus / spyware / malware was my first though as well, but nothing is coming up.

 

I only notice the problem when I exit SF2. I never have an issue after any other game, or any other time for that matter.

After a bit of brainstorming, I'm begining to think that all my F1 use in game is somehow still occuring on the desktop, and when I exit the game it's messing up somehow. Maybe there is a memory issue?
