Here's the completed skin. Not going to upload it for public distribution since in reality it is a request. Tank is digital (though the screenshot doesn't show it) but can be replaced with another one of course. Also attached in PSD format is the layers I used. It's optimized for the F version and the base image (from ~polydakt on Deviantart.com) is also there.
