Multiplayer Issuues

[Misty FAC 3]

A friend (dogsbd here at CA) and I just loaded up IL-2 46. We have IDENTICAL installs. I am not running through a router. He is running through a router with the required port (21000) open. We cannot connect. Getting the time out message every time. We are both patched to 4.11M.

 

If anyone can give us a vector it would be great. We are stumped.
