hrc Posted May 27, 2012 Posted May 27, 2012 After I click "attach this file" I get this message : "Error You aren't permitted to upload this kind of file". Things I want to attach are .bmp screenshots that are smaller than 1MB. Any clue?

Erik Posted July 1, 2012 Posted July 1, 2012 Yep that's it exactly. We don't accept .bmp images due to the low compression and size. Use a smaller format like gif / jpg / png etc.
