Single Mission Dates missing years

I see this in my BoB install and Sweden install in SF2. In Single mission, the selectable mission dates include only one year, the last available for the plane. So for the 109E I have this in data.ini

 

ServiceStartDATE=09/01/1939

ServiceEndDATE=11/20/1941

 

But in the single mission screen, the only available date is 1941 instead of 1939, and 1940, and 1941. How to fix this?

Go to options.ini and adjust the single mission start and end dates.
