+baffmeister Posted April 9, 2013 Posted April 9, 2013 A drop in FM for the Veltro2K/Wrench Hampden bomber. The FM is the usual Generic WW2 bomber FM with whatever changes deemed necessary. This one has a few differences from the previous Luftwaffe versions but is probably close to the final standard. An early Wellington is up next, using Veltros Wellington X model. I would like to do a Blenheim 4 but the A-Team model includes only a desert skin. Anyone know if a Euro camo is available? Hampden_DATAbeta0.80.zip Quote
Wrench Posted April 9, 2013 Posted April 9, 2013 (edited) I'll look ... I used to have to have one. edit: it's 60 Sqdn, and it's a Mk.1 Edited April 9, 2013 by Wrench Quote
+baffmeister Posted April 9, 2013 Author Posted April 9, 2013 I'll look ... I used to have to have one. edit: it's 60 Sqdn, and it's a Mk.1 I started working on a Blenheim Mk.1 FM but from what I was reading I think they had all been sent to North Africa and the Far East prior to hostilities in Europe. If anyone knows different let me know. I think there may have been some long range fighter variants of the MK 1 used during the Battle of France but not very interested in that version at this point. Maybe later. Quote
Wrench Posted April 10, 2013 Posted April 10, 2013 (edited) iirc, some Mk.1s were used by the AASF. have to check my book again how's this? 107 Sqnd no serial decals - not planning on looking them up and making the decals. need to adjust the lights better, and have some other loadout and data ini tweeks to perform (damn rolling radi!!!) had to adapt my realy old Mk.1 template, redraw all the fues lines. NO rivets!!! Edited April 10, 2013 by Wrench Quote
+baffmeister Posted April 10, 2013 Author Posted April 10, 2013 Looks good to me! I have a bit of an urge to eventually fly one of those in a Battle of France campaign so will try to do a better FM than the usual generic bomber type. Probably do the Wellington first though. Quote
Wrench Posted April 11, 2013 Posted April 11, 2013 ok, Baff, the skins are up. I've also fiddled with the data and loadouit inis, but they're NOT in the skin pak. Just a few minor tweeks to lighting and such Quote
+baffmeister Posted April 12, 2013 Author Posted April 12, 2013 Got the skins thanks. Can you post your version of the data.ini here when it's ready? I hate messing around with the lights etc., very frustrating. Quote
Wrench Posted April 12, 2013 Posted April 12, 2013 not if you've done it couple thousand times ..... LOL!! Quote
