Carriage Return Not Working

For the last couple of days, this forum is not recognizing carriage returns when typing in posts. Thus, it's impossible to separate paragraphs. What's up with that?

Oh, IE 10! Ok, was wondering. I have had the same issue on a number of different sites and thought something had changed in my config files somewhere.
