Stand off attacks with exocet and superetendard

Hello

 

I have problems in targeting ennemy ships with Exocet on my super-etendard.

 

I can target them with "R" if they fire sams, visual target at visual range but I would like to target it normally : ie at stand off range, if possible using my radar and without needing sam warning.

 

Can you help me ?

If they are your primary target you can target them with "E". If they are not your primary target I'm not sure.

It does not work, maybe the ennemy force has not spawned yet ?

I'm kind of having the same problem.The ship has to be targeted by the game in order for me to take a shot, not to mention that the miss rate is quite high.I end up firing WVR.

If I can target with "R", then my hit rate is good

If you edit the max visual distance value in any given ship's data.ini file to reflect ASM target acquistion ranges, you'll find that you can target them over the horizon.
