Cannot extract cat file

I cannot extract WOI's  .cat files with Sf-Wo extractor. I get this error: "PowerBuilder Apllication Execution error (R0039), apllication terminated. Error acessing  external object property filename"

Try using Gerwin's CATPacker.

Unpacks any cat file you drop on the icon to a folder with the archive's name.

do you have the WoI expansion pak? that might be the issue (due to inclusion of some sf2 coding)

 

also, the old extractor seems to have gone tits up in Win7 (if that's the case - at least for me it has!)

 

Gerwin's works fine; the only issue is it extracts the ENTIRE contents, not just the one or 2 files you need. But, OTH ... then you have them all readily availalbe
