Start dates for awards

I am working on a set of Australian medals for SF2. Before 1975, Australia used the Imperial system of honours In 1975, Australia introduced its own system. This means that before 1975, one would use the MedalsRAF.ini. Is there a way to start the Australian medals in 1975 without creating separate nations for pre-/post-1975?

The solution should be the creation of a new australian service from 1975, and in this new service you can add your new medals.
