How to install "Shoot Voice Recognition"

I have all the Microsoft stuff for their voice recognition software loaded and working.

I use it for Silent Hunter 4, and it works great.

Now I would like to use Shoot for Falcon AF. But there are no instructions with the 

thing. It simply says that it works with Microsofts software.

Anyone know how this works and can you help me out? (How/where to load it)

Not something I've used - but it does have a default Falcon 4.0 profile that works with AF 

 

Says its for XP so the above might be different if you have a newer OS

Thanks for the reply. I will check those links out and maybe get this thing sorted out.

And yes I do have XP so this should help greatly.
