DukeIronHand Posted December 12, 2013 Posted December 12, 2013 Been reading some posts elsewhere of folks who have been flying WOFF already. XP and older below spec video cards appear to be running WOFF just fine for them with much nicer graphics then OFF. Christmas may come early after all! 1 Quote
devere Posted December 12, 2013 Posted December 12, 2013 Can confirm working fine on XP, and even with settings on low, its a Quantum leap graphically over OFF. Quote
DukeIronHand Posted December 12, 2013 Author Posted December 12, 2013 Nice to hear sir! Thanks... Quote
rockmedic109 Posted December 13, 2013 Posted December 13, 2013 (edited) I was only able to get to the first training mission this morning before work. I ran it on a laptop with a 2.2GHz 2670 CPU and a NVidia GTX 560M. I had 5-5-2-2-5 {I think it is in that order} graphics settings and 1920x1080 resolution. Granted this is with just 1 plane in the air, but I got 60 fps. I think my elderly laptop will be able to run this game. It was visually STUNNING. Edited December 13, 2013 by rockmedic109 Quote
DukeIronHand Posted December 13, 2013 Author Posted December 13, 2013 Out of curiosity what OS do you run on your laptop? Quote
rockmedic109 Posted December 13, 2013 Posted December 13, 2013 Windows 7 64. 8GB of RAM. I was really worried about the CPU being too slow {and it still might be with a bunch of planes buzzing around}. But I'm optimistic. Quote
