how i can i change the color in the sea ...to be more....blue...???

sadly, repaint water parts of ALL water tiles

...well Anatolia Terrain.....is Great ....just the sea ..in the Aegean sea is ...more blue....

Beach used SweetFx shader to achieve an opposite result of what you want by decreasing saturation, maybe you could achieve what you want by increasing saturation using SweetFx post processing?
