tranquillo 10 Posted December 16, 2013 I wasn't sure where to put this one. I'm trying to add a picture to my signature but get the message "Oops! Something went wrong! Unable to retrieve signature image dimensions, please try another image". The picture in question is the same size as my old one. I know I'm not the only one experiencing problems in this area. RAF_Louvert 101 Posted December 16, 2013 . tranquillo, is the image you are wanting to use parked in the CA files somewhere? The issue seems to be related to that.
