OT- adding a picture to signature

I wasn't sure where to put this one.

I'm trying to add a picture to my signature but get the message "Oops! Something went wrong! Unable to retrieve signature image dimensions, please try another image".

The picture in question is the same size as my old one. I know I'm not the only one experiencing problems in this area. Can anyone help?

tranquillo, is the image you are wanting to use parked in the CA files somewhere?  The issue seems to be related to that.  If you park the image somewhere else and link to it then it appears to work as it should. HTH.

Thanks, Lou. I did try it with the image parked elsewhere but I got a different message, something about "not allowed" I think.
