Campaigns Not Saving After a Mod

I've got a merged install that I've added quite a few mods to.

 

Now it won't save campaigns.  Shy of deleting my saved games folder are there any suggestions about what might be broken and how to fix it?

When did you start getting problems? 

 

To try and track down the problem files you could try cutting and pasting out certain mod folders and running the game.
