regula50 Posted May 16, 2014 Posted May 16, 2014 (edited) Hi There are some way to edit the contact points, that mean to avoid aircraft landing gear wheels to sink under the ground? Is a pity, some nice aircrafts and the wheels sinking mostly so 20% in the ground. Also, I dont know exactly if this a problem related to the aircraft or the scenery(terrain). Terrain default and aircraft default, for example MiG-17F with Wings of Israel. With FS9 and FSX is possible to edit this type of data but SF2 had different type of parameters. Thanks Edited May 16, 2014 by regula50 Quote
+Wrench Posted May 16, 2014 Posted May 16, 2014 it's called "RollingRadius", and is in each of the landing gear statements BE ADVISED: messing around with that on 1stGen models ported to SF2 can cause serious malfunctioins Quote
regula50 Posted May 17, 2014 Author Posted May 17, 2014 (edited) OK, thanks Wrench. Good to know that. And good job with the Cuban terrain, Maybe a day, time depending, a Angola or Etiopia-Somalia terrain(Ogaden conflict). The second is very welcome and quite interesant. +Wrench Posted May 17, 2014 Posted May 17, 2014 the Eritrea terrains covers (most) of the region. But not enough of Somalia, unfortunately Quote
