LightSrcOffset=-0.0,0.00,0.00

i think the 1st  -00  ...is for the side........square.....light

the 2ond 0.00  is for the ...long.......in  front of the plane...how far will be ....light.....

and the last.....is for the height.....up or down.....

I think that LightSrcOffset is the point the light is aimed at, so LightSrcOffset=0.0,25.00,-1.00 is aiming a light (usually a landing light) at a point straight ahead (0.00), 25 meters ahead, and 1 meter down.

Brightness is the size of the light: 0.15 would be a large landing light, 0.03 is  a small wingtip light.

I'm not certain what LightSrcRange controls, but I think it is the distance from the aircraft, beyond which the light is not visible.
