tiopilotos Posted September 29, 2014 Author Posted September 29, 2014 No, CGR is for Radio Command Guidance and this type of guidance can be selected via weapons editor. I want to convert conventional types of guidance (like the CGR) to ASM type of guidance and vice versa (keep in mind that this type of guidance was introduced in SF2NA). Stock K-10S, KSR-5, Kh-22 have ASM guidance and if you try to change their type of guidance via weapons editor you will realize that you can't.
warthog64 Posted September 29, 2014 Posted September 29, 2014 Don't use the weapons editor, it isn't needed for all modifications anymore in SF2. Just open the weapon_data.ini of the missile you want to edit and make sure these two lines are set to equal 7 1. WeaponDataType=7 2. GuidanceType=7 Then make sure the aircraft you want to carry them has "ASM" as an allowed weapon class.
