roscosmos Posted April 1, 2015 Posted April 1, 2015 Hi everyone, I'm having an issue with the SFP1 Yak-28P. I managed to convert it to SF2 standard (thanks to the knowledge base) & it works, but the problem I'm having is that my wingmen won't engage targets with their SARH AA-3/R-98 missiles, they only launch IR Anabs. I did an experiment to see if it was perhaps the missile that was at fault, so I tried out a simple intercept with the Flagon and there was no problem, wingmen called out "fox one" etc. I had a look in the ini's but to be honest I don't really know what I would be looking for. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks Quote
+Crusader Posted April 1, 2015 Posted April 1, 2015 Probably the DetectSystem section in the data ini, missing some entry/data for the radar copy/paste that section here .. Quote
+RAVEN Posted April 2, 2015 Posted April 2, 2015 Just an idea. Try just loading the R-3's, in the Loadout.ini no IR's and see if they'll launch them. Quote
roscosmos Posted April 2, 2015 Author Posted April 2, 2015 So I changed the loadout ini to just SAHM Anabs, but the wingmen still won't launch them. here's the detect system... [DetectSystem] RadarName=SRD-5M Kvant RadarType=AIR_INTERCEPT RadarAzimuthLimit=70 RadarElevationLimit=40 RadarSearchTime=1.0 RadarSearchRange=40 RadarSearchStrength=40 RadarTrackTime=6.0 RadarTrackRange=30 RadarTrackStrength=30 VisualBlindArc=6 VisualRestrictedArc=4L,8L MaxVisibleDistance=6000.0 HasRWR=TRUE RWRMinFreq=4.0 //9.0 RWRMaxFreq=22.0 //10.4 RWRCanDetectCW=TRUE Quote
+Crusader Posted April 2, 2015 Posted April 2, 2015 The RangeUnit entry is missing add below RadarType line : RangeUnit=KM And that stuff, i took it from a MiG-23MF data RadarSearchFreq=10.5RadarTrackFreq=10.5RadarMissileGuidanceFreq=10.5RadarSearchCW=FALSERadarTrackCW=FALSERadarMissileGuidanceCW=TRUE add above the RWR related entries 1 Quote
