Question about merged installs

Soo I have strike fighters 2 Europe and North Atlantic. Both are July 2013 patch levels.

1 in order to do merged installs do I exe the North Atlantic in to the strike fighters 2 Europe

2when I fly on the terrains for example the North Atlantic terrian the game doesn't load all th wau

3 when I fly the aircraft that belong to North Atlantic with terrian it doesn't load anything I'm doing wrong

install as usual...second install will go to merge anyways no need to point it
