Yeah the Grippen is a facinating aircraft, if I am at home and not at work I think I will drop in and have a look.

Interesting, same basic layout but a much more advanced aircraft with new avionics affording a better combat performance than it's predecessor. SAAB really know how to make a sleek looking high-performance combat aircraft. I've got the J.29 Tunnan and the J.32 Lansen in my Strike Fighters stable and I love to fly them both. Maybee it's time for a Grippen.
