Downloaded F-104 Superpack. Planes invisible and cockpit missing textures

I feel like such a Strike Fighters newbie despite mastering SF1.

 

I dropped all the aircraft in the aircraft folder, effects in effects, decals in decals... you get the idea.

 

I can select the Starfighter I want to fly (F-104C) and change the loadout. However, once the game loads, I am floating in the air at zero knots, cockpit view looks horrible like I got whiplash, and external view of the plane is invisble with only my sidewinders showing!

 

What went KAPUT?
