ragnarokryan Posted March 12, 2017 Posted March 12, 2017 Hi all, Not sure if this is the proper place, but I would like to pose a hypothetical question. Many of the in-game aircraft, and especially the modded aircraft, would make for interesting model aircraft subjects. As an example, the French Ouragan, Mystere IV, Super Mystere and Vautour are rare to the point of impossible to find in either injection mold or resin kit form. If you do find one it is outrageously priced or produced in a scale you don't want. With the advent of 3D printing, would it be possible to take aircraft built for SF2 (or any sim, really) and print them as a display model? I don't own or have access to a 3D printer, I'm just curious to know if it could be done And lastly, it should go without saying but I will say it anyway; freeware 3D objects should not be sold if they were printed unless done so by their creator, naturally. Thanks! Quote
