lexicon Posted February 1, 2003 Posted February 1, 2003 I have a Nivida Ti4200p with 128MB DDR 500mHZ. Is the ATI 8500 or 9000 better then the card I have. I can't find any comparisions or benchmarks.

NefariousKoel Posted February 1, 2003 Posted February 1, 2003 lexicon... the GF4 Ti is very good, and IIRC outperforms the Radeons you mentioned. As an added bonus, they are probably the most compatible cards out there.
SDirickson Posted February 1, 2003 Posted February 1, 2003 The 9700 Pro is about the only card that performs better right now, but for the money, I definately wouldn't suggest upgrading.
