Anyone use a 1440p 27 inch monitor for SF2?

I’ve been using an old 24 inch 60hz 1080p monitor for some years now. It’s ok, but I’m thinking about upgrading to a 27 inch 1440p QHD monitor (144hz or better) not just for SF2 but other games as well as photo editing. Is anyone else using such a monitor; would it be too large?

Went from 24" to a 4K 32" and (running at 1440p regardless) - I find it okay at standard arms length distance on desk for everything I do on a PC. I don't run anything at 144hz though.
