JASDF F-4EJ threat display panel

does anybody have some information of this Threat Display Panel from a JASDF  F-4EJ , i found almost all of the instrument / panels information to built that JASDF  F-4EJ_84 cockpit the only item that i have no clue what it actually shows is this panel 

so PLEASE if you have some info or pictures showing that panel with all lights on posted here or send it to me  , THANK YOU
