Lewis Gun reload tosses drums overboard

Ok, can someone help with this. I would think that the you first “lower” then “reload” then “raise”. Once lowered and pressing the combo for reload, I get “Lewis is not in reload position. I’ve tried every combo and even mapped “reload” to a button. After lowering, raising, or reloading first I get “Lewis is not in reload position”. I’m sure I’m doing something wrong, just can’t figure what. Any help apprecieated. -
