I would probably think that your monitor might be nearing the end of its life. Magnetic interference is usually easily detected as it causes fading discoloration originating nearest the magnetic source. I have never seen seen stribes on monitors caused by magnetism. Anyways: this belongs in General Hardware

A very nice campaign. I'm not myself that interested in long storylines so i didn't pay much attention .. but its probably a good thing that its there: Its perhaps what makes it for some - and the rest, like me, can just skip it or. There is nice sense of things going on around you, nice "intro's", and some good missions. A bit on the easy side. I managed to complete all missions on my first attempt but its nice to feel like pro sometimes and not allways get pitted against impossible odds. I like the weather and the times the missions take place in. If i was to change anything, i would make them just a little harder. Worse weather or a little more resistance. Or both

i dont think many regret buying a trickIr. I love mine. I have made my own cap by just sticking one of the reflective dots that came with the unit on an old cap. Works perfect.

I don't get any major lock-ups anymore in LoMac. Clocking my gfx card to hard will do it though. Even on settings that works for other games

i couldn't find any good picture to help you on my first try but i'll keep looking.

An updated version of the F-18 Blue Angels is available in the DL section under Misc/AI aircraft skins The F-18 uses the F-15 flightmodel and cockpit and the C-130 uses those of the A-10. There are several fixes since ver 1.0. REad the readme included.

Skyjack has just made a six mission A10 campaign "Special Ops" Its ready for DL :)

Mitch Jannsen had a little extra in store for us tonight. A highres seat and pilot for the A-10: Get it in the the Dl section

i must have accidentally unticked the "allways ask" - box and clicked "open" when DL'ing a zip file. In any case i dont get the downlaod dialog box anymore when clicking download links for zipfiles: it just starts tp open them instead. Does anybody know how to restore the default setting where it asks what i want to do? My OS is win XP pro

Mitch Jannsen is back at work and has just released a new cloud-mod. It will give the clouds a more puffy look: I allso added his cockpitlights replacement for the A-10/F-15: Get both dl's in our LoMac Object Skins

According to Mitch there isn't ny framrate hit at all. Of course you will as allways get a small FPS dive when entering clouds.

i dunno ... good match though. I think it was to bad that the english played so defensive for most of the match. When they did attack they werent bad at all :) The audience sure got their moneys worth. Both teams deserved to win.
