I'm also considering > Zephyr "Zephyros" -> The ancient Greek name for the west wind, which generally light and beneficial. It has evolved into "zephyr" which denotes a soft gentle breeze. -

Mig-23 Fuselage Tank
starfighter2 replied to Wraith27's topic in Thirdwire: Strike Fighters 1 Series - Mods/Skinning Discussion
Here you are.... Idea was mine, 3d work by Pasko. Use centerline tank only when 4 x AA-8 loaded - or recce with tank only on belly. Tank was usually not carried with 2 missiles loaded on fuselage. I tryed to upload file in standard way - but no go - so.... Hope that you will find this file(s) useful.. Thanks goes to Jimbib too - he finds that file for me. BTW - drop tank was designed to be used with TMF MiG-23's. Cheers !!! MiG_23_790l.zip -

EF-2000 Progress
starfighter2 replied to Bongodriver's topic in Thirdwire: Strike Fighters 1 Series - Mods/Skinning Discussion
"Cure" for F-22 is simple one, I think. You will lost one of the AI benefits called "supercruise" but AI planes will land more safely> try this: CruiseSpeed=233.05 In beta stage I used this value and I'm still using it. It will not affect your supercruise ability, only when auto pilot is engaged, Sorry for "slow answering" but I'm not on forums much these days, health problems. I guess that will help with EF-2000 too. Cheers -

There is no good or bad military airplanes from moral side of view- it only depends who sits behind commands. There is no Red or Blue engineers - just good and not so good in technical aspect. Superiority of design is also more/less a mith. Bottom line - pilot was, is and always will be most important "instrument" in fighter plane. If engineers can help him with "best there is" solutions, even better. I don't believe that UCAV's (Unmanned Combat Air Vehicles)will "delete" men from cockpit in near future. In this case,MiG-15 and Sabre in Korea was equal measured by strengths and weaknesses of both planes. Superior combat training and WWII ace pilots lead to 8:1 combat ratio in Sabre favour. -

Well, I think that Mago(Paladrian) is right, I don't have FS2004/FSX installed at moment, yes I have Bear Studios MiG-15 package, and as long as I can recall, Paladrian is right about MiG ADI "the ball appears to be "fixed" to the rest of the world" AKG-47B ADI have pitch indicator line, which tells you possition of the plane, in real life it have two switch modes - 1 - adjust pitch indicator 2 - cage it must be turned on first, of course
