  2. I'm convinced the fuselage and tail are different. Its boxier from the front of the wing to the tail and wider I think around the wing and of course no dive brakes on the side. Interesting. Just in time for Halloween ? CL

  5. OK here is my new snivel since we don't have a TBF/M The HVFS colors: On an AD-5 (A-1E) With the green house painted HVFS Orange of course. With Wrenchs tank from the F7F it would visually make since. I believe they where initial attack qualified but an F6F lead plane would make their group organic and unified. Hmmm, Another Blue A-1E / AD-5 skin to snivel for. And of course I have no clue to do with it currently. CL

  14. I just downloaded this again. The VMF-333 skin I think is from FOTF. But I can't find it. I sniveled hard for this skin and would like to have this for the handsome Zur Navy F-86 like Fury bird. CL

  17. Affirm on the airframe hours thing. the reason the PB4Y Priveteer was used so recently was because of ridiculous low hours ( 500 Maybe ? )they had when the operator acquired them. That dome with some doors and details from that HVFS TBM decal sheet would probably fool any body that there was no such thing as an AEW Skyraider and they where built as SEATs /DRT-1s / SPADAT (single place AD air tanker ) in El Segundo.   18. I have frequently wondered why AD-4s ( it would seem natural right ? )were absent from the air tanker ranks. It seems every other type of multi crewmember, single and multi engine type where used but non SPAD ADs. CL
  19. Affirmative. White brain buckets, No O2 masks, green or tan nomex zoom bags, no SV-2 or vest. Some of the helo drivers wear the yellow shirt and green fire resistant pants the firefighters wear on the ground. CL
