  1. AMOS, PHOENIX..etc............. what good are they if the stupid radar locks on an enemy not even 6 NM away ... has to be away to detect and lock on aircraft from BVR

  6. just flying a simple single mission intercept ..radar set to search 100 Nm ,phoenix selected
  7. flying the f-14 with radar range set to 100 NM did not get the lockon till 5 nm away with phoenix

  14. I am just going to remodel the main gear and reanimate it..if all goes well will release a Beta of the Mig31 around the middle of next week
  15. tried that before didnt work...but here is some news: it started doing this after the update, was working fine before
  16. I am finishing up the Tu-126..i need someone to help modify the TU-95 data ini to reflect that of the Tu-126...especially the search radar,
  17. also , when I cut something out of a mesh using the mustangs Boolean method , I found it useful to make a copy of the mesh save one with the intersection and save another one with Subtraction (A-B) then I merge one to the other ..Seems to be working great
  18. One thing I have noticed (being still an amateur at this) Using Spheres instead of cylinders to make the fuselage gives it a better appearance and easier to work with downside: polycount is higher
