Junkers Ju 88 C-6

File Name: Junkers Ju 88 C-6 File Submitter: Veltro2k File Submitted: 14 January 2016 File Category: Other The Junkers Ju 88 was a German World War II Luftwaffe twin-engined multirole combat aircraft. Designed by Junkers Flugzeug- und Motorenwerke (JFM) in the mid-1930s to be a so-called Schnellbomber ("fast bomber") which would be too fast for any of the fighters of its era to intercept, it suffered from a number of technical problems during the later stages of its development and early operational roles, but became one of the most versatile combat aircraft of the war. Like a number of other Luftwaffe bombers, it was used successfully as a bomber, dive bomber, night fighter, torpedo bomber, reconnaissance aircraft, heavy fighter and even, during the closing stages of the conflict in Europe, as a flying bomb. The Ju 88C was originally intended as a fighter-bomber and heavy fighter by adding fixed, forward-firing guns to the nose while retaining some bomb carrying ability of the A-series bomber. The C-series had a solid metal nose, and retained the A-series style vertical tail, as well as the ventral Bola gondola under the crew compartment, although this was sometimes removed at unit level in order to reduce weight and drag and thus enhance aircraft performance. The Ju-88C was later used as a night fighter and this became its main role. Model: Veltro2k Screens, Textures, decals and FM (Charles), Cockpit (Kesselbrut and capun), pilots by capun. install in Objects/aircraft folder THIS MODEL IS ONLY TO BE DISTRIBUTED AS FREEWARE AND IN NO OTHER CIRCUMSTANCE SHALL IT BE USED, EVEN IN PART OF ANYTHING THAT IS PAYWARE. File Name: TU-104 Camel File Submitter: Veltro2k File Submitted: 29 December 2015 File Category: Other Tu-104 The Tupolev Tu-104 (NATO reporting name: Camel) was a twin-engined medium-range narrow-body turbojet-powered Soviet airliner and the world's first successful jet airliner. TU-104 Camel
Veltro2k replied to Veltro2k's topic in Thirdwire: Strike Fighters 2 Series - File Announcements
First of all I want to thank the people who have supported and encouraged me from the beginning My time is getting more limited every passing day.......the aircraft that I have released recently have been on my drive for quite some time now, and I have 3 other projects who I handed off to people like Flogger23 ( Mig-31- TU-160) and Paulo-Wrench and others ( Iskra -venom NF-Magister..There was another time that I was so discouraged that I erased all my source files and stopped modding , but I was encouraged to come back by some great people...But real life is slowing me down and my modding days are growing very short. Again I have no formal training and everything has been learned on my own time, and by myself. To this day I still don't consider myself in parr with the rest of the modders in here and I don't think I ever will. Anyway..as I said time is very rare to dedicate to modding. A wise modder once said in this forum " If you don't like it, build it your self" and your free to do so...I have no problems with that,,case in point My Voodoo and others that I have scrapped because more experienced modders started the same project and did a hell of a job may I add. When something comes up on the radio or Tv that I don't like, I don't complain to the stations, I just turn it off or got to another station that i like . If I'm not mistaking, I'm not forcing anyone to download and use my Mods Or charging a lot of money for my time and work. With time I will make some improvements to pre released aircraft but until then those words of that modder still hold true- 19 replies
