  1. Great job man! I was dieing for this bird!
  2. Just to let you know: The Mig-23-98 is a TRUE upgrade for MiG-23. What the upgrade, upgraded is the old radar of the Sapfir-23 and avionics. So old Sapfir-23 radar is upgraded to be the Moskit-23: The Moskit-23 airborne radar is interfaced with the upto- date R-27R(T), RVV-AE and R-73 air-to-air missiles and allows the use of the R-23T and R-24T missiles, Kh-31A air-to-ship missiles, as well as the KAB-500Kr aerial guided bombs, unguided rockets, gun armament and unguided aerial bombs. Equipping the aircraft with the Moskit-23 multifunction radar makes it possible to markedly enhance aircraft combat efficiency, first of all, due to: - increasing the aerial target detection range up to 90 km and using the mapping mode to employ the Kh-31A antiship active-homing missiles (with an effective range of up to 100 km against sea targets) and the KAB-500Kr guided aerial bombs. Also the upgrade doesn't give the aircraft a new HUD. What they did is that they only upgrade the HUD it's self to display the upgraded radar on the screen. They also added the same Helmet - mounted sight from the MiG-29 for the R-73 Archer. Also Airframe life extension was offered as well. Other upgrade was to Angola had the upgrade of the Saphir radar fitted to their MiG-23MLs; this radar upgrade allows the Angolan MiG-23s to fire new types of air-to-air and air-to-ground weapons. This radar upgrade seems to be the same offered as part of the MiG-23-98-2 radar upgrade. Send Me a PM for my version of the MiG-23-98.
  3. QUESTION TO SLAVIK FRIENDS:)

Hi man! It's been a long time How's it going?
  4. Errrrrrrr.. no not really. Go into your cockpit file and Find the RWR scope or what ever is it called and change the Type into this RADAR_SCOPE and it should show the radar unless you did some changes to the AVIONICS file ( radar screen bmp. and etc.) Remember to back it up. Delete the old radar box also.
  5. Sweet! I was gone two days and now I have too download all of these goodies.
  6. Here is my data for the two versions of the Archer: R-73M1 Archer R-73M2 Archer also the R-77 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!WARNING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This does not work for WOI since I don't have it and not tested. This will work for WOE/WOV/SFP1 First open your Weapons Data and find R-73 and replace both the R-73M1/M2 and R-77 with this data below: Then place the next number in the "XXX" below and then click "Save". Now open your Weapons Ed. and open the weapons data and click save! 7. I need help because I added radar (using av file 7.0) and didn't add a HUD ( because I made new radar symbols for the Mig-21MF) but the gun sight doesn't show up. I didn't add a HUD since the Mig-21MF has a simple gun aiming system and gunsight. So I can't get the gunsight to show up in the HUD glass. Anyone knows?
  8. I did check and I guess you are right. I guess I have to wait for the next patch. Thanks Wrench
  9. Ace Combat = Simple Thirdwire/ Lock on etc. = Too much time and hard to learn ( which is fun to me! Learn from your mistakes!)
  10. LMAO! For F-14 Lovers!

I don't know if it was posted before but LMAO! You have to see this!
  11. I understand what you mean MJ! Sometimes don't get mad or anything just ignore if you can't handle it. Other than that I agree. I understand if it is like a FM help and info for making a new mod but simple questions is what I ignore.
  12. Happy Birthday to USAFMTL

    Happy Birthday, man! Cheers! :drinks_drunk:
  13. Got to add the MiG-21bis N in the early parts in the war
  14. Looks Whose 27!

    Happy B day! Cheers!
  15. Remember it is not always the size of the warhead to destroy a target. Just look at the size of a Hellfire! Three Main Types of a AG missile or AT missile: Speed, Type of Warhead ( not the size or weight of it ) , and Guidance.
  16. File Name: Su-47 File Submitter: gerald14 File Submitted: 6 Jun 2006 File Updated: 10 Sep 2007 File Category: Fictional Aircraft, Experimental and UAV's Just in time for 06-06-06 .Finally i have finish my model the Su-47. 18. CZ-SK Projects

Well that will be the radar settings man. I believe that they have a animation when you switch between the Search mode and Boresight mode. I am still working on the radar screens ( trying to find a real life photo of a working one ) Here is the video:
  19. CZ-SK Projects

    helma zrak and MiG-21MF/A & MiG-21MF-75
  20. Cool, that's good for riots and etc. But in war I think nothing can't beat the old school metal bullets and gunpowder!
  21. Not when the MIG-23MF & MS came into service in Syria after the war F-4's had some trouble against those pups in air to air dogfight in June 11, 1982 and F-4's were shot down by AA-2 Atolls ( late models ).
  22. Yes Wrench I was me! I put a HUD into the MiG-21MF's pit and use Gerpard's HUD data and add some of my own. It was the MiG-21bis pack that I made that it had the cockpit for it. Also I have the following MiG pits with HUDs: MiG-21bis MiG-23 Early Models with Radar Scope ( MiG-21MF pit) MiG-23P MiG-23 Late Models without radar scope ( Su-17 pit with Radar display on HUD ) J-7 Early models ( ones with HUD's) used MiG-21F-13 cockpit J-7E & G used Kfir C7 pit MiG-29A MiG-29 C MiG-29 S MiG-29K MiG-29SMT MiG-21-93 ( used repainted A-4F pit and added HUD and New radar features) And some other ones! Just like Wrench I am also waiting for the next patch for AG modes.
  23. Or the bis pit which was in my MiG-21bis pack. Send me a pm if you want it
  24. Yay! I love the Gripen thanks!
