  1. Yes and No. In the Campaign .ini file you can leave it out. There, its only purpose is to determine if you have SF2: NA. If you do not, the Campaign will not be visible. As for the DATA File, It must be TRUE in order to activate naval missions such as naval search, attack and so on but it was a long time since I tested this. If I remember correctly, you can see task forces on the mission map with it turned off but not in the game itself.
  2. Cant wait until I can actually edit stuff in it!
  3. Well. General Belgrano seems to be proof that renaming a ship is bad luck...
  4. DCS: T-65 X Wing

    I would actually Pre-order that :D
  5. Thanks for the correction! Google Translate can only take you so far :)
  6. It has been in hiatus for too long and Stary has been yelling at me to get to work. Since I at last found the time, I found that there really was not all that much left to do. Waiting for a few skins, going to see if the ground war develops as expected and adjust if it does not (easy the thing that takes the most time) but otherwise it is pretty much good to go.
  7. I am currently in the process of integrating this fine thing into TSF Expansion Pack 1 however, its flight model is not all that good. AI pilots have a nack for stalling out in it, often losing their entire flights - or in the players case - their wingman. I do not mind an aircraft being difficult to fly but the computer has to be able to do so without crashing. I want to learn about the FM work a bit so I was wondering how this might be corrected. I tried to increase engine power but that was not it. What other things should I look at?
  8. Seems like the solution was easier then having to learn a new skill. Stall Speed was set way too high. Adjusting that made the aircraft pretty much how I think it ought to be.
  9. You return just in time. I might have something related to Finland soon.
  10. Work on TSF Expansion 1 is progressing slowly but steady. Two Weeks? ;-)
  11. In my mind, the future of SF2 is what we here on CA make of it.
  12. The Scandinavian Front 2 - Expansion Pack 1 The Fight for Finland FEATURES: New Campaign: Operation Harmaahylje Set in the year 1950, this story assumes that the Andrej Zjdanov and Yrjö Leino successfully grabbed power in Finland during 1948 and became a Peoples Republic, directly controlled by the Soviet Union. As Stalins - and the worlds - eyes turn to Korea, the Swedish and Norwegians make plans alongside the exiled Finnish Armed Forces to liberate their brother nation and restore independence to Finland. Fly as a Swede, A Norwegian or a Finn-in-Exile against the Soviet Oppressors to make sure the seaborne invasion succeeds! Our Campaign Master will give you the first SF2 Campaign to feature an amphibious invasion! New Flyable Aircraft: The Saab 18 twin-engine bomber and attack aircraft will be present in both the bomber version and the interesting Anti-Ship version that carried a 57mm gun! The T-18B will also be flyable in Operation Isbjörn and The Catalina Affair! The Saab 21 Fighter, one of the first aircraft with a functional ejector seat. A rather slow fighter that has firepower and turning rate speaking for it, how will it fare against the Soviet MiG 15? New AI Aircraft: Under the management of the Soviet Union, Finland has to purchase their Jet Fighters from some other source. They have chosen the Avia S-92 to take them into the Jet Age. We hope to announce more features soon!
  13. Not dead yet. Sorry for the delay but... life.
  14. Finno-Soviet Figthers for TSF Expansion Pack 1 (Its not dead yet!)
  15. Dive and get range. You are dead in a turn-fight anyway.
  16. If my experiences are anything to go on, the vital thing is if there is a non-committed Squadron or not.
  17. Bowe Bergdahl charged with desertion

    Quick! Call Harmon Rabb Junior!
  18. Happy Birthday Paulo

    Glory to the Mighty Paulopanz!
