I held back purchasing OFF in anticipation of WOFF, i understand WOFF has not been designed for XP users or tested on windows XP systems. Has anybody tried WOFF on a XP computer and if so with what results .

I recently purchased a DVD via Amazon USA and was amazed to be charged a £8 handling charge by the UK post office and £4.17p customs charge.It seems mail is selected at random and i was unlucky on this occasion.There are no additional charges such as these on mail sent within the EU.I understand the current version of OFF is only available as a DVD and posted outside of the EU.Like everybody else i am eagerley awaiting the release of PHASE 4 and wondering if some DVDS could be distributed to UK purchasers fom the UK so we avoid these additional postal costs.Or can PHASE4 be made available as a download which we could then burn to disk.Developers comments appreciated.

I have already raised this matter in an earlier post and like you do not want to purchase phase 3 and find out phase 4 is being released a few months later. Until the developers can give a clear indication when phase 4 will be released , what it will contain in the way of improvements over phase 3 and whether or not it will be available as an expansion to phase 3 . I would suggest you wait until these questions can be answered . Having just upgraded my computer to dual core and purchased a new graphic card , i now have a computer which will comfortably run my copy of OFF PHASE 2. I was considering purchasing OFF PHASE 3 but understand PHASE 4 is in development. Will PHASE 4 be released this year ? and if i purchase PHASE 3 in the interim, will i be able to upgrade to PHASE 4 by a simple download add on?.

Many thanks for all your campaigns , i have downloaded your latest and find the campaign shows me flying Bristol Fighters or Nieuport 11 against Albatros D1 ?. I do not have the expansion pack and find the April patch does not work with my computer ( see thirdwire forum ) . Any suggestions

is anybody working on revised models of this aircraft , models introduced in 1916 had box shaped Windhoff radiators mounted on the sides between the wings and were not V strutters . V struts to the wings were only added to the Albatros D111 , the germans copying French Nieuport designs . As we now have an excellent range of aircraft from 1915 onwards , it would nice to have an accurate model of this important fighter.

Having just purchased First Eagles and installed the patch and associated mods . I was amazed when flying against a Salmson two seater that it flew like a single seater fighter . The Salmson was designed as a 2 seat heavy observation / light day bomber which did not posses a particularly outstanding performance . Is it possible to alter two seater aircraft to achieve accurate flight characteristics ?
