Loadouts
*Fast Eagle* posted a topic in Thirdwire: Strike Fighters 1 Series - Mods/Skinning Discussion
I have noticed that if you play multiplayer and you have modified the loadout on your plane, and you are hosting the game everyone who joins will have the same loadout as you. I left the smoke pod on the F-4B where the Gun Pod goes (station 5) I was flyin an F-4E and Gator went up in a B and he had no gun pod. We discussed this and then I tried something and I took all his sparrows away. So If you have modified your loadouts it will have affects on anyone who joins your hosted game. I should have known this right away, since it works like that for radar settings and the like, but I guess I'm a little slow sometimes. Thought some of you might find this interesting. -

Here's my first attempt, crappy in my opinion, but first try none the less. Can anyone tell me how to take screenshots of the hangar ingame? I tried the screenshot button, but no workee. Sorry this isn't in .bmp format for the pic. It is for the hangarscreen, but I dont know how to compress the .bmp and it's 2.25M Too big for the boards, and the 56k'ers -
What dues may these be? And why should we owe more than being the U.N.'s personal police force? Noone listens to jack sh*t from the UN until war with the US is thrown in!! Then they all want to negotiate, cause who besides Saddam and Pyongyang want to go to war with the US? As long as civilization exists, there will be war, you might as well realize this. So do you drag your feet and await defeat, or do you stand up and make sure you aren't gonna be on the receiving end of someones rampage for more land, or for this or that god, or for any other reason??? I'm not and I hope no other person would be dumb enough to sit by and let crazy people to play dangerous games of international chess, "move this weapon here, aim at the US today, oh hey while we're at it lets send some mustard gas to those Kurds up there who live in tents and have no hospitals to treat the injured, Damn that was a good idea lets do it to those Iranians too. What do you mean if I gas them they will fire back? oh they can only hit 75000 civilians? ok lets do it" To start with, Iraq's closest ally doesn't field an army twice as big as our population. it's a little hard to PREVENT whats already been done, I mean do you want to let Saddam build a bunch of nukes so it turns to a cold war again, then say "hey thats enough, lets go to Paris an have us some peace talks" Stop him before he has bargaining chips. As for N.Korea, they already have nukes, and so does China. If you want to go running blindly into that mess, I'll buy you the ticket!! let me ask you something DWS, do you buy every conspiracy theory they throw at you? And, do you live in or go to college in Berkely? Bullsh*t, get rid of these people before it's too late

Damn XO I would almost pay lots of money for that

First no original release date, then no vid, what's next, no LOMAC? I could hope anyway, I'm so sick of hearing about this damn game, and how great it is, for the pathetically amount of flyable planes -

WWII Aircraft Anti-Tank Cannon Technical Question
*Fast Eagle* replied to SDirickson's topic in General Flight Sim Discussion
Thanks for the enlightenment, I was under the impression that they were a ragtag bunch of soldiers, at least thats what CNN and some buddies in the Army said. But you know how the machisimo goes, most service men think we are invincible, and everyone else is a joke. I will have to do some more research. If you know any good places to find this info out, let me know. If anyone knows, it would be you -
WWII Aircraft Anti-Tank Cannon Technical Question
*Fast Eagle* replied to SDirickson's topic in General Flight Sim Discussion
I saw that too, thought it was a very effective device! Now if we only had one that would shoot from the Kuwaiti border all the way to Saddam's palace!!! Launch that f**ker and blow his ass away, and clear the road so we can mop up his "Republican Guard" (what a joke) Or maybe we should go take all Saddam's WMD's and let N.Korea use Iraq as a test site for their nuke program. Then while they're nuking Iraq, we go take N.Korea......lol Yeah right, was good for a laugh while I was typing -
Does the Navy own/fly the F-16 Fighting Falcon? If so for what reasons?...50 point bonus...

XO you are 1000% correct, we need to show integrity here, and I have not done that. For this I appologize. I value your opinions and I like the fact that you take a stand, and brook no s**t. And I stand behind you 100% Nixon was a POS, no love for him at all

WWII Aircraft Anti-Tank Cannon Technical Question
*Fast Eagle* replied to SDirickson's topic in General Flight Sim Discussion
You are presicely correct. The muzzle velocity would definately be greater, and yes the upper and top facing plates aren't as thick as the side and front/rear plating -

F-16N was phased out of DACT in 1998. I think it would be a better aggressor than the Hornet
