  5. You find this file in the Objects.cat file. You need to download the cat extractor and extract the Pilot.bmp It will extract to the folder C:Program FilesStrategy FirstStrike FightersObjects Edit the .BMP and save in the Aircraft directory as Pilot.bmp
  6. Not that I'm welcome anyway, but here's the scoop: FEB 4, 2003 SimHQ Update: The message boards are continuing to update. With so many boards and threads, the update is taking longer than we anticipated. We are working as fast as possible to get the boards back up ASAP.   9. open pilot.bmp and color the helmet save as pilot.bmp and your good to go (I saved as pilot1.bmp and renamed the original pilot 2 and then renamed the edited one pilot.bmp, so I would always have the original)

    My prayers and thoughts go out to the families of the crew on the day of this tragedy. It was 17 yrs ago I remember watching this happen to Challenger. Although I was too young to take it personally, I feel more inclined to now, as I new 2 of the crew on a personal level aside from a professional level.

  17. Not sure if this will help you , but I d/l the skin from the Aerodrome of the Blue Aggressor. It looks clean and detailed on my game. I think maybe the quality of the screenshot is low so it doesn't take up too much space to store the pic on the site And if you look who submitted the pic...RedRyder... you'll see it's the same plane I recommend this skin for d/l it is great

    What ya gonna do with a Blackbird? Take pics from 80,000ft of everyone else shooting eachother? This would be kinda cool (the plane) but pretty useless On another note, I still want a Tomcat!!! Maybe I need to learn how to do this 3-d stuff
  19. Don't be to harsh on him, you apparently can't spell either (look in the bold type) This community is made up of many nationalities and he is at least trying to speak as best as he can. Please don't discourage members from posting, because their language barrier. We need all the people together here to make this game better
  20. lol Ranger, spent some time there myself The only thing wrong with this game is the people who know it needs work, but instead of trying to help, they just pitch a bitch fit about this dont work and that should be different. Yes it has bugs still, yes MP sucks still, but we are all trying to make due, and make better, the game that we all know is great
  21. There's a store by my house that makes all kinds of combat aircraft, cars and motorcycles out of aluminum cans. I have a tomcat, a hornet, a P51, and a very poor rendition of a phantom. When I get back home to Oceana, I'll post some pics
