We are sorry for the temporary inconvenience." And when I check into the account I have with them and try and get to the Free Liveries Catalogue, it says this, "Insufficient Rights-

Please return to Your Profile and select correct product from a list of your purchases.
Thank you." The website says this when I am checked in and I do have a valid Order Number. I also have the right product selected. I'm just curious...does it really take almost 4 months to update the website?
