  1. there should be a max Vertex count per mesh when animating with vertices, you might have been over the max, not sure though.
  2. i also dont use auto key, I goto Frame 001, pres "KEY", then the KEY Shaped Button, Move the Slider to Frame 10, Scale, Rotate, Move whatever, Hit the Key Shape Again, then Press The "KEY" Button again. then move slider back and forth to make sure animation is good.
  3. We've been told to Use TCB from the beginning AFAIK, if you do animations and keyframes then switch to TCB, it will not work in game, if you switch controllers after setting keyframes all keyframes for that object must be deleted.
  4. Scale Vertex Animation is supported, also make sure your using TCB Animation Controllers. Looking at your screens, you're using Bezier, delete your animation keys, and change it to TCB, re-animate.
  5. if it tracks radar signals, then shooting it at an building / power plant will do nothing.... I'll have to tinker with this tonite to see how I do it.
  6. If You can Get permission to use the SH-60, I would like to import that into the Carrier Scene, If not Im Sure I can build a low Poly one. IM working on resolving this issue with the deck collision mesh and building low poly crew members (which is turning out harder than originally thought.)
  7. prolly woulda been better off building your own from scratch.
  8. Licensing. TK has said DLC planes would be Versions of planes already done (easier and cheaper to make changes to an existing model than it is to build a completely new one). most of the DLC is prolly for people who dont want to mess with user mods, and dont have all the Exp. Packs.

    I change it using VirtualDub, but the changes dont stick. I'll dig through my box of old computer junk and see if any older ones work,.

    im still trying to get it to work with my camera, my Webcams' default is 1280x960, if i set to any other res, i get a white screen. SoNoTrackIr shows a white screen, is there a way to change resolutions?

    for railings i just draw lines, set them to 3 sides, and a really small thickness (not at my studio system so i cant tell you what thickness i use), apply black or grey material and link it to the parent Mesh.
  15. I bet a day w/ a hex editor and Visual Basic and I can get around the locked CATs :-) But I choose not to. not to mention if i needed any LODs from the cats, I still have all the pre-June cats Extracted to a Random Folder on my Desktop.
  16. Does the YAP2 Dev team know that?, cuz i remember seeing somewhere they were having issues with ships above water or something.
  17. i just noticed that when you or an ai plane crashes into the ground it doesnt just leave a crater anymore.. you get a nice burnt wreck :)

  19. didnt TK say somewhere that he was working on a patch, that was 2 weeks out, then the fix for the terrain issues (making options adjustable) was 2 week after that?
  20. ok, so i guess Im not the only one having a problem setting the collision mesh? i think i was looking at a ramped deck ship in max one day, and figured, short cat that ends right before the ramp and just have the plane go up and off the ramp, or something like that.

  22. SHIFT/CTRL + F8 hasnt worked for me for a while
