Going to Camp Swift to new barracks with no electricity, no ac, and the PX is supposedly a semi trailer. Been to Bliss and McGregor Range. McGregor is not as bad as it used to be from what I understand. I am most excited as I actually get to qualify with the M4, something which I have not done in a year and a half. I got sharpshooter the last time: 33/40.

I haven't played SF2 in real depth for some time, just a bit of Mount and Blade: Warband. I can't wait for Annual Training. It will be the most fun that I have had in a while.

I am finally happy to see the PC instituted as the main utility head wear. Last weekend, I had to carry both, PC while in the motor pool and the beret for everywhere else. It has also been flippin hot in Texas, hit 101 F today in San Antone. Wool is not good for heat. Also glad to see the new PT test coming into play, but it is currently in trials. Very happy to see an SMA that is very active with the troops.

The newer WASR 10 series are pretty decent. A lot less lemons that came out before. Two things to always check on the WASR, the gas block and the front sight. They are usually canted.

US Palm just came out with some awesome hand guards for the AK. The upper has a rail for a forward set optic and the lower has three rails. Ergo grip makes a really nice pistol grip, but many prefer the Tapco SAW grip. I personally hate it. This place has some cool stocks for the AK, made by the Israelis. Your eyes can't detect any difference in FPS above 32 while gaming. And If you hit 200fps, why do you need to go higher?

Since I have reinstalled SF2, I have noticed that you cannot fire your guns while your landing gear is down. Is there away to disable this?
