Yeah, this was a phenomenal film. It did have certain "James Cameron signatures" to it. An example I can give was the over sized Aliens-style drop-ship looking vehicle. Here's a thought... Could I install SF2 Europe (an older title) and then merge SF2 Israel (newer), into it? I know you can merge the content of older SF2 products, into the more recent ones, but, could it be done in reverse, or indeed, in a scrambled order... so then being, the last item I install will be the baseline sim I would run all four terrains from. Here's another way of asking, so I am clear. If I install SF2 Israel, first, and then SF2 Europe. Would SF2 Europe detect and attempt to merge the more recent Israel title?? Thanks for your time.

History repeats itself. Though they never halted production of the F-15, my guess is they're doing the "expendable airplanes" gig, like they did with the F-16, which was the less costly substitute to the F-15... only this time, it'll be the F-35 Lightning II, filling in the role.

Don't have Vista, so, I really don't see the point, quite yet. I imagine I will have no choice when I finally make the jump to my next gaming laptop, the Dell XPS-M1730, I plan on buying. At this point, I'll nab all four, (SF2/V/E/I), at my earliest convenience. I remember seeing this story. The pilot had to punch it, into afterburner, to keep the plane from listing into a spin. At high velocity, the F-15, seems to show relatively stable flight characteristics, when the wings or control surfaces have been compromised. The sheer wind velocity put the fire out, when they were accelerating. It was amazing they actually managed to land the poor bird.

FINALLY!!! the "Strike Flanker"... or as I like to call it, the Flying Winnebago. With it's galley, bunk and toilet, behind the cockpit, the sky is the limit, for all your camping needs. :lmaosmiley:

As I recall, you need to copy over the B-52G LODs and rename them, to match the LOD names in the INI files for the 'H'.

I tuned into Space Channel, around 5pm, for the marathon and finale of Battlestar Galactica. I was emotionally exhausted, by the end of it. The combat sequences were over the top. Just complete mayhem, and some hard hitting dramatic bits involving various characters. I can't wait to see Caprica, now. They made some interesting parallels... the Robotics in Japan, are getting frighteningly close, don't you think?? Can't wait to see our first Cylon prototype. hehehe What an awesome series.

Is there a way to mount three LAU type Rocket pods on a TER rack mount, as we could in Total Air War? I'd rather ask, than try to mess with the loadout.ini and have the game crash. thanks

Initial test, completed with negative results. Ordinance did not appear on the hardpoint, at all. I'm wondering if there is a "True / False" switch in the weaponsdata.ini for the LAU series that allows it to be attached to TER rack mounts. Looking into it.

Hopefully, it'll be available for PC. None of this "for console only" nonsense, that has been happening with the Battlefield franchise. I'm also hoping for a longer campaign. COD4 was way too short... not even an expansion pack.

My system is running a PCI-E Geforce 8600GT. Read my rig specs, below... it's well within your price range. It runs Crysis, like a bat outta Hell. So, imagine what kind of performance, Thirdwire / Falcon AF / Lock On sims would afforded with this card. best of luck...

I read somewhere, it's a cheaper, cost effective substitute for the TU-160. It's the way of the future...
