I think he's got a point, especially about the Jet blast on the interstate.

Al Franken, yes :D But I'd pick John McCain.

I watched the game this afternoon, USA could've shot alot better but we were good on the breakaway which is what kept us afloat. Hopefully this'll put some confidence in the team after that loss a couple of nights ago.

Something For the Soundpack Team
CowboyTodd41 posted a topic in Thirdwire: Strike Fighters 1 Series - General Discussion
I've used Windows Sound Recorder to mix the ground commander (tank guys) voices with weapons in the background. So now when the tank commander yells at you because he's taking heavy fire, you'll hear rifles, tank guns, etc in the background, noise that normaly be coming through the mic on his headset, I've posted a sample of what I mean, check it out. Sample 1 Sample 2 -
Is out, and totally sweet! I'll see if I can find my screenshots I took of my Cartheginian War Elephants breaking the Roman lines at Trebia.

It's up at the MS site right now. It doesn't just stop viruses and worms, it powerbombs them into oblivion, Hulk Hogan style.

I think was conversation between my dad and I one day, but I was kinda busy shooting down Bf-109's.

It's actually like BF42 on steroids. Really great in my opinion, here's hoping the release Kharkov!

Firehawk, you read my mind. I grew tired of people at school and such telling me I was going to hell for my views on religion (God created evolution? You must be the devil!) so I kind of backed off. Luckily being a United Methodist, my church and the people in it are very supportive of any love of god, no matter what your view on it is.

Doogie Howser, nuff said.

I played it over at a friend's house last night, the physics are the most incredible thing I have ever seen a game. If this is any indication of how good Half-Life 2 will be, I saw grab onto your jaws so they don't spend too much time on the floor.

If you have the ATI voucher, Finteless, you're eligible for the CS:S Beta. Go here to find out what to do.

I'd rather not have the draft reinstated, I'd be first up for the lottery, since I turn 20 next year, although while I oppose I would definently go if I was called.

A comment about the retiring of the mighty Tomcat.

My dad had told me that they had been completely phased out and I didn't beleive him. Well...damn, time to go watch Top Gun again! -
Ya I saw that over at gamtrailers.com, that assualt rifle sounds great, and all bugs kicking up dust infront of the baricades looks cool too.

Hey don't go making fun of us heavy partiers Raptor :D

That's an absolutely great joke creepy :D One canibal says to other, "I don't like your brother-in-law." Other canibal says, "So just eat the beans."

Well I got it installed and the most surprising thing is the new firewall protection panel, a giant leap forward from the on/off button buried in the network connections panel. Haven't tried most apps yet, everything seems to be in order, here's hoping.

Happy B-Day, I think WE should post some pictures for you today :D

Read it again, or for the first time if you haven't already! Also if you haven't seen it yet, here is link to see the teaser for the movie coming out next year. Looks pretty good to me!

Just one thing that irks me about this game. The guys who make the Galactic Conquest mod for Bf1942 almost got sued by Lucas Arts for using some star wars stuff, about 3 months later, this game gets announced by Lucas Arts and it's basically Bf1942 in the Star Wars universe, and guess what the main game type in SW:BF is called, yep, Galactic Conquest Mode. I'm still rather excited but I feel some underground non-for-profit gamers got screwed by the man on this one.

This is a great win for general aviation. When I was up in Oshkosh, there were planes everywhere that had a green, sport-pilot eligible tag on them. This what I'm going to get now, and then use it as stepping stone to my full private. But this way it's cheaper, and our luscombe qualifies for all the weight, speed, and crew limitations. So if any of you don't have a lisence yet, check out this link over at Popular Aviation.

Dude, you have 29 posts, you haven't been here that long. These types of posts having been going on as long as I can remember and no one, especially you, is going to change that. The Pub is our off-topic forum, anything goes in here as long as it's appropriate, and seeing how this is a site based in America, and this post ws started by an American, anyone can post pretty much whatever they please.
