Hi, i jsut got back into dcs world and nloticed on my pc two dcs world icons to start the game instead of one. One is gray colored, the other is a green icon;same with multiplayer; I installed it ages ago and for life of me cant understand why there;s two. i dont think there was a demo. They are both on the same external drive. just got mi-8 and trying to install. But question is shd there be one or two?

cool. I was gonna use wrench's revised new guinea terrain or any of his updated sf2 pacific sceneries. They are lush and fun to fly over. i know theyr for ww2 but i put them in my modern installs too.

well, fixed that as dcs.exe was running in background under task manager servcies,i believe a second one running, so now that error message doesnt come up. now when i start, it cvrashes to dektop;get this error now: Any ideas here? Hi, I uninstalled and reinstalled dcs world. I had 1.21 on my hd and then updated to latest update, the 1.26. Now when i go to run it, with the su-25t default in quick mission or instant action, it says only one instance is allowed and wont run. Any ideas here. The desktop icons are back to one of each, single and multiplayer.

Yes, plz anything for the Thud. Looks sharp plus I dont think there is anything for the pacific cmmd flyable in terms of Thuds

have to admit, that darker skinned one would be useful in a what-if korean war campaign for night-bombing. Similar to po-2 for soviet air force in ww2.

Hi, i am having probs starting up the game as i get the monitor going to sleep message. it hapens with this sim, cfs 3 and il2. i tried a strategy game, ie panzer corp and it did not happen. Also, I changed power settings to never turn off and it still does it. I use windows Vista core 2 duo with an HP w2207 monitor. it just started happenign a week ago but i did not do anything. It also went to sleep when viewing a image or pic and 1 email. I am at a loss. Ut runs fine in safe mode with newtworking but you cant really play games. Any one have a solution. thx. again, i am using safe mode and can view images and emails fine without monitor going to sleep. just undr regular windows it does this.

hi, well i installed latest driver s for the card and no go. I disabled the vid card and it stopped the freezing and vertical lines so far. I noticed the card is very hot when touching it. nvidia geforce 8300gs, yeah i know its old.

did some more tests, i tried seagate harddisk utility checker from their site even though i dont have a seagate internal hd. i ran it and it detected my internal and WD extrernal. I ran shortest pass and it failed on the internal but passed on the external. I now think it is hardware. did another test and played panzer general forever which worked but when i tried to change my resolution from 1650x1050 when you go to display settings, it gave a black screen and mouse arrow froze, but the minitor going to sleep hasn't come back.

well installed latest drivers, did anti-virus whihc removed some trojans and now when i run panzer corp from matrix games which was the strategy game mentioned above, the mouse froze and black screen. I played the game last night. I have enough disk space. started sf2 and black screen. I am at a loss.

hi, yeah i did updated drivers but they were from 2011. I may try the nvidia driver update and see. just funny it started all of a sudden.

Guys need help here. The strom and sora are giving me problems. i have a modded install without NA and all 5 merged. i get mssing parts of the planes like the exterior or lods. i dwlded and reinstalled the planes and not missing anything. i tried the default A-4B and the F-18 to test and do not have this problem. Just those two. Any ideas?
