If I'm understanding it right, no it's different. Before, let's say I was doing a ODS mod. I could delete whatever aircraft I didn't want to be used in that mod and they would not reappear each time I ran the exe. Hmmm... -

German Highway airstrips
ST0RM posted a topic in Thirdwire: Strike Fighters 2 Series - Mods & Skinning Discussion
I've done all the ini adds, but when I flew from the airfields, they were set-up completely different. Does anyone have the corrected coordinates for use with Stary's latest GermanyCE terrain? Thanks in advance! -Jeff -

Thanks Gents. I don't mind dodging trees in the Harrier, but my crew chief gets kind of pissed. ;) -

That is what I'm using, Przemek. I added his ini info to the ini files in your terrain, but they are roughly 90 degrees off from the actual road/highway. The runways run through the wooded areas near the highways, instead of on them. -Jeff -
Soon, all of these companies that have laid off much of it's workforce, will find out that with their services will no longer be in demand due to people having no money to spend on luxeries. Sorry to hear of your troubles.

Thanks. I'll standby your tests and check back. -Jeff

What drivers are the best for the GTX460M? Do these new ones work with it? I'm all about optimism. -Jeff

Nice video and tweaks. Once again, I'm amazed on how quickly the community will fix a problem. -

SZ, Oversweep was used while the jet was parked onboard the CVs to further reduce it's deck footprint. The normal range is 20-68 degress, and oversweep brought them back to 75. -
I recently read the book "Escape from Colditz" just this year. I thought it was a good look into WWII POW life and their drive to escape. I would have liked to have visited the castle itself. Germany is odd about WWII, so I think it's a good thing to allow it to stay open and share the stories.

Fuel and hangar space is still an expense they don't have to make on their own. Nice to see it flying!

Yes, I've found the FM off all around. The roll rate seemed very excessive and the pitch response very poor. I've not seen any fixes. -
SF-2NA April 2012 patch
ST0RM replied to paulopanz's topic in Thirdwire: Strike Fighters 2 Series - General Discussion
Turkeydriver, I respect your opinion and comments. I've been a supporter of TK and his sims since EAW. Either by modding, skinning and by purchasing. I, along with many here, went through the whole WalMart release fiasco and have stuck by him since. However, when he decided to not trust us to include his fan base as testers and bug finders and fired off his beta team, he opened himself up for criticism from the same people who could have helped him maintain the once high standards (and BTW have never been acknowledged by him as keeping this series alive). Instead, he now releases for sale, semi-broke games thatwhen patched, break as many things as fix. He's rejected the offers from many of us to help him for free. And when most of us have said that we'd gladly pay a higher price for his sims, he rejected that as well. So instead we get a $30 sim that will take several more patches to fix things that never should have made it out the door. This has become a disturbing trend for well over a year. I hold on to hope that things will get fixed by him. SF:NA has been a welcomed addition since it was announced. But the terrain/FPS issues and lack of terrain detail, plus the other bugs is a deal breaker. I may be the odd man out, but I stand by my thoughts. -

An amazing collection. Anytime I see these, I'll bookmark it and go through each page with a large cup of coffee and 1940's music on in the background. Nice and relaxing. Thanks! Jeff

Once again, the users have to fix something that a patch didn't. WTF??? I want SF:NA but am sick of the crap that TK is allowing to be released without proper testing. -
