  1. I dont have my Falklands Install around, but it could be that the individual AAA objects have higher settings for their fire control in the WeaponSystem section... .... GunStabilization=TRUE GunRadarTracking=FALSE RangeFinder=2 BallisticComputer=0 ... for range finder and ballistic computer, 0 is lowest and 10 highest value IIRC... time for trials eh

  4. Hmm.. could be that some of the MiG-31_radar bmp's are .tga files, make sure that they are in bmp format ...

  6. the 2008 B verisons are replacements of the original beaver infested versions, a new install of the game sis required. The b versions can't be installed over a game which is patched with the first version of the October 2008 patches.

  8. In what version of the game ? Patched to October 2008 ? I think there are some changes to the data ini's, I have to check that out. For a quick temporary fix, disable or delete the F-15A_data.ini which comes with my files.
  9. take the radar bmp you want to use and put it into the MiG-31/ Cockpit folder then open the MiG-31_avionics ini ( notepad / wordpad works) and in the 2nd or 3rd line from top, where the name sof the radar bmp's are specified, change the name to match the name of the radar bmp you want to use..
  10. Did you manually set aircraft numbers in the loadout menu ? If not, I think that the game engine picked a higher number than you have decals available... that happens sometime. E.g. you have decals for #1 to 16, but the game engine randomly picked number 24 and up for youor flight.... thus no decals.
  11. totally wrong.. only WIPs atm are 2053 F-4 Phantoms and about 1732 F-8 Crusaders.... but I cant tell you, its a secret ....

  14. Russ, open the gundata ini with the gun editor and edit the Tracer Size ( diameter) and Tracer Length values of the gun you are using in your "plane" :ph34r: The values are metric.
  15. The unfinned 500 litre supersonic tanks are not dropable.
  16. there was a similar prob not so long ago, it was fixed by adding [AirToAir] and [AirToAirLongRange] section to the loadouot ini... IIRC ... just the section headers without any stores.

    I can add IFF to the search mode in my F-15A avionics mod ... The stock F-15A avionics TWS mode shows enemies as rectangles and friendly planes as dots.
