  1. theres a min range and a max range marker on the right side of the radar scope its not a dynamic launch zone or other fancy stuff, the marks simply show the min and max missile range as they are set in the weapondata ini. once you are inside max range, a small triangle is displayed on the bottom center of the radar scope as a launch cue
  2. yea of course, I've meant either mk82's on TER or single mk84's on the mid-wing stations ...... !!!!111!!1 but it was late and some part of the text sneaked away in the darkness ......
  3. yep, I agree with Sony. Load only the wingtip stations with 9M's for A2G. A common loadout for STRIKE was ECM pod centerline, inner wing tanks, mid-wing TER with mk82 or mk84, outer wing empty , wing tip 9M (outer wing 2 additional 9M if mission was short range or enough tankers around) for CAS/ Armed Recce, basically the same as above but either rockeye or other CBU on the mid-wing stations or 4-6 Maverick, depends on the Mav type ( typically only 4 in your selected timeframe) 9M only onthe wingtips with Mavericks loaded 'cause the Mav's already have a high drag with the LAU-88 triple rail
  4. X2... thats a uber-helo....
  5. I'll tell BPAo to take a look into this thread, he build a similar threat type indicator in the TMF F-8B.
  6. latest WOV version is v08.30.06, it is broken in that version and all other games with it.
  7. normaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaal!!!1
  8. errr.... of those 5 "screenshots", the 3 pics in the upper line are all Photos of the real things, lower line cockpit pic looks very much like from JAnes IAF, and the pit to the right of it... probably Janes IAF too...
  9. naa, much more camo on this one lol
  10. Canadair CL-13B Sabre Mk.6

  11. Il Ritorno del Maestro

    ....
  12. use the same 4-pack setup as on theHIp, but adjust ejection position to fit the Hind lod . and dont worry about the bug ( player aircraft eject 4 cartridges per button press ), that will be fixed soon....
  13. the AV-8B was kinda designed around the MK82 and TER, it was the standard USMC Close Air Support configuration. TERs on the inner and intermediate stations are very common for short-ranged CAS missions with the planes based on FOBs. Missions flown from a Landing Ship reduce the load due to take-off restrictions.
  14. pics above are from www.ruswar.com , btw.
  15. early upgrades were the ASO-32 dispensers mounted below the tailboom, two dispensers fire to the left and the other two to the right ( same modification as on early Hind models ) capacity was 4x32 cartridges the shallow object underneath the middle of the tailboom, behind the bigger doppler housing.. thats the early 4-pack dispensers setup close-up of the 4-pack, mounted on a Hind the later version uses the same modification as on later Hind models ( no surprise huh ), which is three ASO-32 dispenser each side, mounted in stacks of 3, on the rear fuselage in a position aft and above the weapon suspension. capacity 6x32 dispensers are aboove the red star the IR jammer was mounted on top of the cabin, aft of the rotor mast, very similar position as on Hinds
  16. TK added a automatic Master Arm On/Off function with WOI....you cant fire guns or release any ordance while on the ground, I guess theres something in the helo data ini which is causing some trouble....
  17. Städte und Gebäude

Schön.. die Post an jeder Ecke.... lol
  18. yep, its a bug in WOI. AI always ejects multiple chaff/flares , usually a burst of four. TK will fix that for player controlled aircraft.
  19. the extractor tool is right here too : http://forum.combatace.com/index.php?autoc...mp;showfile=343
  20. yep, the cockpit calls for several textures which are stock files in all games except WOI - F-4J_GAU1.bmp - F-100D_GAU1.bmp perhaps some more, cant remember.
  21. nice! you should edit your link and mark it with bold letters or another color. for others, the link is the "Air-Scene UK" part in the line above. Even better, if the admin could do some hocus pocus so that links are automatically underlined or colored ..
