  1. The AI is not using the avionics ini at all, only the data in the DetectSystem section in the data ini. Look there for missing lines or typos
  2. The real prob is wrong words in the Export setting. Use Exported=TRUE ExportStartYear= ExportEndYear= Export vs Exported BTW having Export=False can cause problems with weapon availability .. iirc...

    Toyotas mit .. was ham die.. PARS3 oder sowas.. jagen Bin da nicht mehr auf dem laufenden... Die zuständigen Stellen waren ja net zu blöde den HMP400 gunpod mit ner M3 12.7mm zu beschaffen.. das Teil bringts ja voll ... totaler Schwachsin, nen supa teuren Helo dann sozusagen im Nahkampf einzusetzen... Der GIAT 20mm pod wurde auch getestet, der würde wenigstens HE Mun and mehr Reichweite bringen.... aber ist wohl nicht beschaft worden Was ham die Eigentlich mit nach AFG genommen ... da hört man nixmehr .... die schrauben wohl die Dinger immer noch zusammen ... Die sollten die neuen lasergelenkten 2.75 FFAR.. APKWS am Tiger testen.. das wär dann vielleicht was ... auch günstiger als nen PARS3 aufn Toyota oder Islamisten draufzuknallen ... Aber bei nur 2 Tralls ... von denen die erste gleich kaputt war ... bis Tiger in Mali ankommen würden is da eh schon Sense.
  4. 9E,J,N,P Pods... since they were in a reserve unit, probably the later ALQ-101 series or early 119's Thats what I use when I fly 105's in the 70s/early 80s to bomb Paran Just had a nice 2-ship msn today, used the Desert camo and SEA wrap skins and was lucky to have a wingo with some skills ... he was able to hold position on my wing at low level

  6. Its the Enemy Skill Level setting that affects wingmen Easy = Enemy AI is weak, own AI is strong Normal = both sides AI are equal Hard = own AI weak, enemy AI strong
  7. The aircraft price is set by several aircraft performace values, like range and who knows what else. The game takes those numbers and pooof.. makes a price Same for weapons ... missile performace, range etc .. better stuff costs more, generally. But I once had a 2000-lb conventional bomb for $ 1000 or so, and a nuke for $ 500 ... good deal... But hey.. fuel is FREE !!!!

  10. Adjusting Gunpod Aim in FE2

    Theres 2 ways: 1. you can change the AttachmentAngles=0.0,-1.5,0.0 in the aircraft's DATA ini to adjust elevation of the whole pod but this can lead to unpleasant visual attachment issues with the weapon at a weird angle The format uses sideway rotation, elevation (-1.5 in the example) and roll , where left, down and left roll is entered by the value preceded by a - (minus) 2. you can change the AimDirection=0.000000,1.000000,-0.200000 in the gunpod itself Format is sideway deflection, fore/aft ( 1.000000 is forward, -1.000000 is rearward firing) and elevation , example above shows a forward firing, -20 degree depression (-0.200000) pod Thats what I remember ... not sure anymore if its 100% correct though...

  14. The bomber issue causing CTD when using radio commands is somehow related to formation ini / formation size and section setup related I was on a track some weeks ago when working on a SF2 conversion of the WoR mod, but havent worked on that for a while now

  18. The Ju 87 is using a Deflection Fork to prevent the bomb from falling into the propeller. The fork swings down when the bomb is released and has a retraction mechanism (springs with wires conected to the fork) which retracts it after the bomb is gone.

Hmm.. all early 190s had a centerline rack for the droptank or a single 250 kg bomb / 4x 50 kg bombs only from A-4 onwards were kits available for further modifications Not always clear, even in the official Luftwaffe docs I use for all the data in this thread
