  1. works for me in WOE too only done 2 things: added the UNJAM_GUN= entry to my controls ini then extracted the aircraftobject.ini and changed AllowUnjamAttempt= to true
  2. a quick setup for a F ( without making a M197 in the gundata) would be GunTypeName=20MM_M3 ( which has a ROF of 750 rpm ) ... MaxAmmo=750
  3. fun stuff real ammo loads: [MiniGun] SystemType=FIXED_GUN GunTypeName=20MM_M39 <----------- wrong, use 7.62MM_M134 ... MaxAmmo=4000 [Granade_Launcher] --- MaxAmmo=300
  4. and also, depending on what side the missile is, you have to roll it to the left, eg -45.0 ..

  8. The Hornet model is now.. uhh.. 3 year old or so, and its an -18A. But its used as an -18C too in the DS mod... There are several outdated data sections/entries. The A Hornet can not use LMAV at all. The C and D kites can. Single LAU-117 launchers only.

  13. flying the stock campaign in SFP1, in a A-4 squadron but modded to fly from a carrier. Strike mission, a 4-ship armed with 4x Mk82 each, target : a small runway. Ingress without trouble, then we were jumped by a dozen MiG-17 during the bomb attack ... #2 was shot down on his pull-out . My flight made enough holes into the rwy, then we tangled with the MiG's for several minutes.. shot down 2 of the jumpers hehe. All cool.. heading for feet wet... but only for 3 minutes, then got jumped again by more -17's ... another gunfight followed.. we had to fight our way back to the coast. got shot up pretty good in the furball, lost the rudder. Landed on the carrier with the 3rd attempt. #3+4 made it too. fun game!
  14. the old F-111 were made before WOV was released which brought chaff/flares to the games. Thats why the oldkites are without them, there were ini updates posted fort hem though on shq and c5. New version comes with them by default, of course early versions had chaff only, flares came sometime later , mid 70's or so.
  15. only the 111D has a real HUD, all others have that "can do anything" red LCOS with green bars. pics.. yep.. somewhere
  16. the real sight has 2 green bars which, if both with 0 deviation, build a + shaped cross in the middle of the sight, ends of the bars touoching the outer 50 mil circle the bars were used to indicate several things, TFR "fly to" direction , ILS and other NAV relates stuff and weapon delivery commands for Toss Bombing etc.
